Mary John has collaborated with a broad spectrum of organizations, ranging from Fortune 100 companies to pre-revenue startups, guiding them through their innovation journeys with an approach that blends structure, curiosity and a mind toward lasting solutions. While at engineering-services firm Arcadis, she led their corporate innovation program, coaching engineers and scientists in design thinking and consulting methodologies that put people at the heart of their design and planning solutions.

In her current role at a pre-revenue startup, she continues to work at the interface of technology and human capacity, focusing on partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation.

Mary has facilitated workshops across various industries to develop strategies, implement new technologies, and create new business models, partnerships, and programs.

She holds a BA in engineering from Cornell University.
